What data we collect
When you sign up through our sign-up page, we collect your email address. Our email service provider may also record technical information, such as your IP address and the time you signed up.
Why we use it
We use your email address to send you the free 20-Minute Express Program and occasional training emails. The legal basis is your consent. You give it by submitting the sign-up form and confirming your subscription in the email we send you (double opt-in).
Who handles your data
Your email address is stored and processed by Kit, our email service provider, on our behalf. Kit may transfer data to the United States and elsewhere. It does so under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the Standard Contractual Clauses in its Data Processing Addendum (kit.com/dpa). You can read Kit's own privacy policy at kit.com/privacy.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. If you ask us to delete your data, we will remove it from our email service.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, withdraw your consent at any time, and object to our use of it. Every email we send contains an unsubscribe link. To use any of these rights, contact us at the address above. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
